The Albany Visitors Association (AVA) is proud to sponsor its first ever Video Contest.

The purpose of this contest is to find video clips for use on the websites of Albany Visitors Association, Visit Linn Coalition, Willamette Valley Visitors Association and Travel Oregon.

The contest is open to videographers of all skill levels and all ages. Each videographer will receive a t-shirt commemorating the contest. There will be a screening of selected videos in October at “Albany’s Academy Awards.” This celebration will be complete with silver screen and the “red carpet.”

Videos should be approximately 2 minutes long and should depict what it is that you like to do or see, where you like to shop or eat, what makes your community special, or your favorite event. When you have visitors from out of state what is it in your community that you want to make sure you share with them?
