Mother Earth News Fair is a family-friendly sustainable living event that features over 200 hands-on workshops and demonstrations from national and local experts on real food, organic gardening, homesteading, renewable energy, green building and remodeling, DIY projects, small-scale livestock, green transportation, natural health, and related topics.

The 2015 Kickoff is at the Albany Regional Museum and includes storytelling, crafts, and entertainment. The event is free, and kids earn a bonus stamp for attending! Albany Garden Tour
Tour half a dozen varied and beautiful gardens at the 16th Annual Albany Garden Tour. "Through the Garden Gate" gives visitors a behind the scenes look at local gardens ranging from a heavenly 6.8-acre lavender farm to a compact urban oasis. Tour is presented by the Linn County Master Gardeners. Tickets are $15 each and are available at the Albany Visitors Association, Tom's Garden Center, Nichols Garden Nursery, Garland Nursery, and Green Thumb Lebanon.

Lebanon Strawberry FestivalJune 4-7, 2015
Lebanon Strawberry Festival
Enjoy an old-fashioned community celebration and a piece of the world's largest strawberry shortcake at the 106th annual Lebanon Strawberry Festival. The 2015 festival includes a parade, carnival, live entertainment, a fun run/walk, and fireworks on Saturday night. The world's largest strawberry shortcake is served Saturday afternoon, June 6, at the festival site south of Lebanon on Weirich Drive. Click below for festival details.

"The Wizard of Oz" at Albany Civic Theater
