Come Home to Albany for the Holidays

In the hustle and bustle of the holidays gone commercial, families still manage to get together to celebrate the “important things” that aren’t really things.

Historic Downtown Albany celebrates the holidays in a traditional style, described as a Hallmark card come to life. If you don’t know this for yourself, come find out why.

Christmas lights, visits from Santa, holiday windows, parlour tours, trolley and horse drawn wagon caroling tours, a free holiday concert in one of the best concert venues in the Northwest and a free holiday movie in our very own downtown movie theater are annual traditions here in Historic Downtown Albany, Oregon.

Albany residents come back year after year - Why not bring your family home to Albany for Christmas? Let them know why you choose to live here and show them the true heart of your community.

Special incentive: If you don’t have the room, Albany’s Lodging Facilities are offering a 25% discount for family and friends coming home for the holidays during the month of December.

Call the Albany Visitors Association to find out more about our great community events and where to stay if your house is already full, (541) 928-0911.
