The Albany Visitors Association (AVA) is thrilled to offer an opportunity to taste the wonderful world we live in. Via Albany's Historic Trolley, departing from the AVA, the Nosh Tour takes participants back stage in many of Albany's home-grown restaurants; tasting food and drink samples of what makes each establishment stand out, getting to see behind the scenes, and speaking with the people who make it all happen.

Participating restaurants have included, Sybaris Bistro, Vault 244, Calapooia Brewing Co., Cappie's Brewhouse, Brewster's, Clemenza's Cafe, Pizza King, First Burger, Bomack's BBQ, Allann Bros. Beanery, Novak's Hungarian Restaurant, Midway Farms, and House of Noodle.

The tour is so popular, AVA is scheduling tours the last weekend of most months. Available by reservation only, 2011 tickets are $45.00 each or $40 for two or more. (Special tours will be priced differently.) Your place is reserved when payment is made to the Albany Visitors Association.
