Albany-Corvallis KOA Kampground

Located just six miles southwest of Albany, the family-owned Albany/Corvallis KOA sits next to the Calapooia River just south of Highway 34. It features cabins, tent sites, and RV hookups, as well as showers, a swimming pool, miniature golf, playground, and a nature trail that winds along the banks of the nearby Calapooia River. Blue Ox RV Park

Nearby Albany’s Timber-Linn Park and the Linn County Expo Center, this year-round park has 149 RV spaces with complete hook-ups including cable, septic tank disposal connections, and trash dumpster, 30 and 50 amp hook-ups available. Cascadia State Park

This incredibly tranquil state park is located east of Sweet Home in Linn County’s Cascade foothills. It was once part of a vacation resort in the early 1900s. The campground is May-September and includes 26 primitive campsites, picnic facilities, hiking trails, fishing, handicap access, play area, and a historic soda water spring with a hand pump.

Detroit Lake State Park

Located on Highway 22, 64 miles northeast of Albany. Detroit Lake’s campground offers nearly 300 sites on the shore of a forest-ringed canyon reservoir in the Cascade Mountains. The nine-mile-long lake is a popular destination for fishing, boating, and other water sports. Sightseers enjoy views of snow-capped Mt. Jefferson in the distance.

Edgewater RV Resort & Marina

River Bend Park

Linn County’s newest campground, this 90-acre park located east of Sweet Home along the South Santiam River offers a full range of outdoor recreation opportunities including trails, river access, camping, day-use and group facilities. With a total of 65 campsites plus reservable cabins, River Bend is perfect for quiet getaways. Modest charge. Open spring-fall.

U.S. Forest Service Campgrounds

The Willamette National Forest stretches throughout the eastern half of Linn County and is home to more than 70 campgrounds, six of them along the South Santiam Travel Corridor, easily accessible from Highway 20. Fernview, House Rock, Longbow, Lost Prairie, Trout Creek and Yukwah all provide campgrounds operated by Linn County Parks, in the beautiful Willamette National Forest.
