FLOTSAM! is a troupe of musicians, circus artists, and puppeteers traveling from town to town on the Willamette River. Look for the big, unusual “boat” floating in the northeast corner of Bryant Park, right along the river. The show is family friendly and free, but donations are much appreciated.
