The 15th Annual Oregon Mid-Valley Road Race is set to kick off on Thanksgiving morning 2023! Food, music, awards and prizes await those who are not afraid of ‘The Gobbler’s Revenge’.
The Mid-Valley Lions Club started the Oregon Mid-Valley Road Race as an annual running event in the region to raise dollars to help meet growing medical needs in the Mid-Valley.
Kid’s Dash Start time: 9:00 AM, Thanksgiving Morning
Start & Finish Location: North Albany Middle School Track
Pacers: Parents are welcome to assist with the little ones
Finisher medals or ribbons and swag: For all Kids!
Quick question – My nephew is wanting to run in his first 5k and is really looking forward to ‘earning his first medal.’ Do participants receive medals at the end of the race? I don’t want him to be disappointed so I can always buy a medal for him and give it to him if necessary.

According to the race organizers, there will be finisher medals or ribbons for all kids!
Hi. I noticed I was 1st in my age group (Male 50 to 54).
I left after awards were given for other age groups but did not think I would be awarded anything.
Is there a medal available for me with winning this age group?
If so, where can I go to pick it up.
I gave away my t-shirt to a lady who really wanted one but I would really like the medal if there is one.
