Join the Linn County Historical Society for an interesting presentation Oregon Military at Lakeside Center at the Mennonite Village. The speaker will be Warren Aney, who is the coauthor of the book Oregon Military. The authors draw on long and rewarding service with the Oregon Army National Guard, including years spent as organizational historians. Images come from the rich collections of the Brigadier General James B. Thayer Oregon Military Museum, the Oregon Historical Society, county historical societies, other regional and national collections, and the authors’ personal collections.
