This Friday, September 15th at 4:00 p.m. – the Albany Public Library invites teens in grades 7-12 to come explore the art of printmaking with Kids for the Culture and Corvallis Custom! We’ll be focusing on Afro-Hispanic history and culture in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Get hands-on with printmaking and make some fun buttons!
Teens in grades 7-12 are invited to volunteer at the Albany Public Library! Volunteering duties range from helping out with children’s events, assisting with shelving in the children’s room, reading & writing book reviews, and other help as needed. Ask for a paper volunteer application at the Teen Desk, or fill out the online Teen Volunteer Application Form.
