Whether you are planning a large exposition or a family reunion, there are meeting and conference spaces of every size. The following is a directory of meeting and event facilities available in Albany and the Linn County region.

Large-scale event spaces

The following list highlights some of the halls and arenas available and their capacity:

• Willamette Events Center, Exhibit Hall: 48,600 square feet of exhibit space; 6,857 occupancy
• Conference Center: Four 1,500 square foot rooms (6,000 square feet total)
• Courtyard: Available for outdoor events/meetings
• Santiam Building: 21,000 square feet; 2,800 occupancy
• Cascade Livestock Pavilion: 42,000 square feet; 286 available livestock stalls (or clear space)
• Warm-up Arena: 21,000 square feet conference room; theater style 100 capacity or 80 banquet style
• Calapooia Arena: 48,600 square feet; 2,400 (east side) seating capacity; 2,600 additional seating capacity on arena floor

Linn-Benton Community College offers a wide variety of rooms for meetings, seminars, banquets, and workshops. Rooms accommodate 25-400 people. Catering is available. Meeting and conference supplies are available for rental, as are AV portable multimedia carts with laptop computer and video projector. One-way and two–way satellite connections are available in some of the larger rooms and the Fireside Room has Internet connection. Parking is available for 2,500 vehicles and most facilities are ADA accessible. Public transportation is available from downtown Albany via Albany Transit System. Phoenix Inn Suites Located near the Linn County Fair & Expo Center: Phoenix Room: 175 theater style, 110 classroom style, 90 banquet style. Albany Room: 40-theater style, 25 classroom style, 30 U-shaped; Hospitality Room: (breakout space) 50 people clusters. Catering and audiovisual equipment available.

Best Western Plus Prairie Inn Located near the Linn County Expo Center on Exit 233 off Interstate 5: Facility includes 75 rooms & 610 sq ft. Meeting Room – 45 people – theater style; 40 people – Rounds (5-tables, 8ppl); 30 people – Open square; 23 people – Classroom style, and 12+ people Executive table (1-2 tables). • Flinn Block Hall 222 W First Ave, 541-928-9333; A large, unique space in a revitalized historic building, ideal for weddings, receptions, reunions, parties, conferences, meetings, concerts and other events, 3,000 square feet, newly renovated, capacity 212 people with tables and chairs, 454 people seated, or 636 standing.

• Quail Run (in the Mennonite Village) 5353 Columbus SE, 541-928-7232; Lakeside Center supplies chairs, tables and kitchen facility, maximum capacity 250, no alcohol, dancing, loud music, or smoking; village council must approve all events.

• Oregon National Guard Armory 3800 Knox Butte Rd, 541-967-2133; Drill Hall has 6,200 square feet (60 x 90) with concrete floor and small stage (8 x 16), maximum capacity 1,250, divided classroom for 65, kitchen facility and parking.

• West Albany High School 1130 Queen Ave SW, 541-967-4545;
  Gymnasium occupancy is 900, plus two balconies 350 each, total 1,600, theater style is 72 and cafeteria 350.

BROWNSVILLE

LEBANON

• LBCC Lebanon Center 44 Industrial Way, Lebanon, OR, 541-259-5801; Two meeting rooms with seating capacity of 20 to 40. Chairs and tables, kitchen facilities, PA system and air-conditioning. Catering is not available.

• Mallard Creek Golf Course 31966 Bellinger Scale Rd, Lebanon, OR, 541-259-4653; One meeting room with a seating and standing capacity to 120. Chairs and tables, catering, PA system and air-conditioning available. Kitchen facilities are not available. Suitable for weddings, big parties and meetings.
