Oregon Women for Agriculture Annual Fundraiser

Oregon Women for Agriculture invites guests to its annual fundraiser on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Linn County Fairgrounds in Albany. This special evening will bring together supporters, friends, and community members for a memorable night of great food, connection, and generosity in support of OWA’s mission: Working Together to Communicate the Story of Today’s Agriculture.

Evening Schedule:

  • 4:30 PM – Silent Auction Opens

  • 6:00 PM – Dinner

  • 7:15 PM – Oral Auction Begins

Dinner Menu:
Appetizers and a no-host bar will be available, followed by a hearty dinner featuring grilled oysters, grilled lamb, baron of beef, and roasted pig.

About Oregon Women for Agriculture (OWA):

Founded over 50 years ago by Willamette Valley farm women, OWA began with a focus on regulatory issues impacting the grass seed industry. Since then, the organization has grown to include more than 200 volunteers representing nearly all sectors of Oregon agriculture across the state.

OWA's Mission:
Working together to communicate the story of today’s agriculture.

OWA's Purpose:

  • To educate the public about the importance of agriculture to the economy

  • To unite all facets of Oregon agriculture with shared concerns

  • To improve the public image of agriculture

OWA defines sustainable agriculture as the use of practices and resources that produce safe, high-quality food and other products while supporting profitable operations and improving land and environmental health for future generations.
