Large-scale event spaces

Linn County Fair & Expo Center  Built in 1996, the Fair & Expo Center is a multi-purpose complex available for groups and associations to hold meetings and events. Parking is available for 1,600 vehicles, 192 vendors, and all the facilities are accessible and comply with the American Disabilities Act. • Willamette Events Center, Exhibit Hall: 48,600 square feet of exhibit space; 6,857 occupancy
• Conference Center: Four 1,500 square foot rooms (6,000 square feet total)
• Courtyard: Available for outdoor events/meetings
• Santiam Building: 21,000 square feet; 2,800 occupancy
• Cascade Livestock Pavilion: 42,000 square feet; 286 available livestock stalls (or clear space)
• Warm-up Arena: 21,000 square feet conference room; theater style 100 capacity or 80 banquet style
• Calapooia Arena: 48,600 square feet; 2,400 (east side) seating capacity; 2,600 additional seating capacity on arena floor

Linn-Benton Community College offers a wide variety of rooms for meetings, seminars, banquets, and workshops. Rooms accommodate 25 – 400 people. Catering is available. Meeting and conference supplies are available for rental, as are AV portable multimedia carts with laptop computer and video projector. One-way and two–way satellite connections are available in some of the larger rooms and the Fireside Room has Internet connection. Parking is available for 2,500 vehicles and most facilities are ADA accessible. Public transportation is available from downtown Albany via Albany Transit System. Best Western Plus Prairie Inn Located near the Linn County Expo Center on Exit 233 off Interstate 5: Facility includes 75 rooms & 610 sq ft.
