2024 Summer Passport Program

Summer is just around the corner and Albany’s annual Summer Passport Program kicks off on June 22, 2024, during the Albany Pride event. You can sign up at the Albany Visitors Association Pride booth from 10 am to 4 pm or at the AVA office, located at 122 Ferry St SW, from 10 am to 1 pm. The program runs until August 9, 2024, with prizes awarded weekly and major prizes awarded at the Carousel Carnival on Saturday, August 17, 2024.

A weekly newsletter will be emailed out and will include important updates on events around the city, as well as a weekly challenge that can be completed and turned in for the opportunity to win super cool prizes donated by our sponsors.

The passport features fun trivia and a map of 29 locations where children can get their passports stamped. At each location, posters invite adventurers to come inside and complete questions, solve puzzles or play games. Children and families are encouraged to explore new places, revisit old favorites and complete challenges to win prizes! While the program is designed for elementary-aged children, siblings, parents, grandparents, and caretakers are welcome to join the fun.

All children are encouraged to turn in their finished passports on August 9, for a chance to win big prizes!
