Mud Fest will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 in Sweet Home, Oregon (97386.) The event is from 9am-3pm. Gates open at 7am.
Tickets will be sold via Ticketmaster on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 9am until sold out. Tickets will again be sold by phone and online for $40.00 each + ticket outlet fees. A limit of 4 tickets is imposed. Kids 8 and under are free. Tickets are per person, not per vehicle, and are for event entrance. Everyone attending must have an authentic 2018 hard copy ticket to get in (except kids 8 & under which are free.) Once in, you can choose to watch, participate, or both. Tickets are subject to scanning. Replicated tickets will be confiscated and entrance denied. There is no registration or additional fees for participating, trailered vehicles, equipment pulling out/towing vehicles on site, or vehicle wash off. We have 4 wash stations with pressure washing staff. We require muddy vehicles to be washed off prior to leaving the event site. Please plan for this and be cautious of the pressure washing staff. Quickshades, chairs, & BBQs allowed. Food and event merchandise booths are available in the concession area of the event. The merchandise booth is open from 9am until 3pm or sold out. This year they will be selling T-shirts, hoodies, and decals. Credit cards not accepted at the merchandise booth so please plan accordingly.
No alcohol, camping, ATV’s, UTV’s (side by sides), or fires. The event address is printed on the ticket for ticket holders. You must enter the event from the Crawfordsville side. No one will be allowed entrance into the event from the Sweet Home side. If you come to the event via the Sweet Home way, you must pass the event and enter from the other direction. 4WD family event. No 2WDs or 2WD parking. Rain or shine.
We are a non profit organization and this is our 49th annual 4WD event. We hope to see you at Mud Fest 2018!
