Let’s build a house! Sybaris tries to keep its charitable giving close to home; this is why you don’t see us involved with too many large-scale organizations. One of our past employees told us about their fantastic experience with the Habitat for Humanity. We were intrigued. Was is possible to raise a decent amount of money for such a worthwhile cause AND have it all stay in Albany? Yes, yes it is, but we need all of you to help us raise the money to have Habitat build a house here in Albany.
Parr Lumber has generously offered a match for all money raised up to $10,000! Its a great day for family fun at the Albany Fire Department Treasure Hunt! The fun begins on Saturday, October 6th at 9:00 a.m. (until 1:00) and includes engine rides, station tours, firefighter challenges, snacks and treats.
