Muddy Creek Open House
Solar energy leader Qcells is inviting the community to an informational open house about the innovative Muddy Creek Energy Park, an agrivoltaics project combining solar panels with agriculture and sheep ranching on 1,100 acres in southern Linn County.
The open house is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, January 18, 2024, in room 125 of the Life Bible Church in Harrisburg, 23650 Peoria Rd., Harrisburg, Oregon, 97446.
Qcells will have information to share and experts covering all areas of agrivoltaics projects and Muddy Creek Energy Park, including: agrivoltaics; environment; permitting and construction timeline; and project benefits. There will also be light refreshments and opportunities for questions and comments.

About Muddy Creek Energy Park:
Muddy Creek Energy Park is an agrivoltaics project combining solar panels with
agriculture and sheep ranching on 1,100 acres in southern Linn County. It would
generate enough energy for up to 34,000 homes while keeping agricultural land in production.
The Winter Rod and Speed Show will feature over 100 cars, including hot rods, muscle cars, bikes, low riders, custom trucks and race cars from all over the Northwest gather for a show they will be talking about for months! Parking is free
