Samaritan Health Services will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by an open house and refreshments, on Friday, Oct. 27, from 12:30 to 6 p.m., for the new Sweet Home Medical Center, located at 1289 49th Ave. in Sweet Home. The event is open to the public. Remarks from Samaritan Health Services’ leadership will begin shortly after 12:30 p.m. A ribbon cutting, tours and refreshments will immediately follow. The completion of this facility exemplifies the commitment of so many to building a healthier community together. The 17,500-square-foot building focuses on improving access to health care with clinics offering family medicine, walk-in care and medication management as well as a retail pharmacy with a drive-up window and a helipad. Furniture Share* cordially invites you to the 6th Annual Albany Taps & Caps, Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 4 pm – 9 pm.  This fundraising event is presented by The Garage, No Rails Ale House, Deluxe Brewing, Calapooia Brewing Company, and the Albany Downtown Association.

Start your night at either The Garage or Deluxe Brewing on April 6th between 4 pm and 9 pm to pick up your growler (first 50 tickets sold), 4 tasting tickets (1 for each stop on the tour), and a raffle ticket for one of the giveaways at each stop. Presale tickets and growlers can be picked up on April 3-5th at the Albany Downtown Association from 10-5 pm. Please bring your email confirmation of your ticket sale.

Stay for the after-party at Deluxe Brewing from 9-11 pm. Enjoy live music – your entry is free with your Albany Taps & Caps bracelet.
