Join the Albany Carousel for a sensory-friendly ride!
To provide a more accepting and comfortable setting for individuals on the autism spectrum or with sensory sensitivities and their families, we will slow the carousel down to a jog and turn off the organ music.
It’s our hope to provide a fun and inviting space for everyone. So put on your blue and join us!
It’s happy hour! Every Wednesday from 3PM-4PM at the Historic Carousel & Museum, ride tokens are just $1 and drinks in the cafe are 1/2 price, sponsored by Bish’s RV.

On the 1st Friday of every month, the carousel is open from 5:30-8:00 p.m., and for just $5 per person you get UNLIMITED CAROUSEL RIDES, plus a fun activity or craft for the family, along with gift shop specials and a great deal on a tasty treat at the Carousel Café! Photo by Nathan Pendley.

Join Froggy’s Blues Jam aka Church of Eternal Suds in the Atrium at Calapooia Brewing every Sunday from 3-6 PM for a fun evening of live music, Tasty licks, tasty food, the best beer, and surprise cocktails! Bring your instrument of choice, jump right in, and jam with the band!
All ages are welcome! You can even bring your dog!
