The demonstrations of antique logging tools and the farrier demonstrations are the only activities that will be on Sunday.

Eastside Christian Church is inviting you to join us for Camp Kilimanjaro Vacation Bible School July 10th – 14th from 9am – 12pm. Campers will hear from God’s Word, play games, make crafts, eat snacks and have fun! This is a free event for children ages preschool – 5th grade. Join us in Sweet Home, Oregon on Saturday, August 19, 2017 to celebrate the 2017 Solar Eclipse that will occur Monday morning, August 21, 2017.
Sweet Home is set to celebrate this spectacular celestial event with a 3.5 mile run/walk and health fair. Participants of the run/walk will receive a 3″ medal to commemorate the event, solar glasses so you can safely watch the eclipse Monday morning and finish up with what else but sun tea and moon pies for refreshments.
The Eclipse Run starts at 10:00 am at the covered Weddle Bridge in Sankey Park behind the Sweet Home High School.
Online registration is open at GetMeRegistered.com or you can register on paper with our Registration Form.
The 2nd Annual Community Health Fair starts at 9:00 am at the Sweet Home High School by Sankey Park. Before and after your run, you will want to check out tables full of wellness ideas and healthy perks.
