Whether it is watching the Saturday night fireworks display, enjoying a complimentary piece of the World’s Largest Strawberry Shortcake, taking in a parade, or just sitting back and relaxing on the lawn to watch some entertainment on the main stage, the Strawberry Festival offers something for everyone and every budget.

Tickets are $8.00 (ages 13+) daily presale, $10.00 daily at the gate, Kids 0-12 are free. $25.00 Season Pass is available for presale only and allows re-entry for the entire 4 days of the festival. Thursday ONLY, veterans, active military, first responders, and lineman get FREE ADMISSION, just come to the festival gates with your official ID. Buy presale tickets online here.

The Lebanon Strawberry Festival is a community wide celebration held each year during the first full weekend in June. The festival started in 1909 as a celebration of the bountiful berry harvests; the strawberry festival continues today as a chance to bring our community together, and to celebrate with pride all of Lebanon’s beauty and friendliness. ​

Stoked 2 Sk8 will be closing off Broadalbin Street SW between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue. There will be some ramps and obstacles to skate and a mini ramp in the shop that will open to skate as well. There will be live music and friendly competitions for prizes.

Join the Albany Carousel for a sensory-friendly ride!

To provide a more accepting and comfortable setting for individuals on the autism spectrum or with sensory sensitivities and their families, we will slow the carousel down to a jog and turn off the organ music.

It’s our hope to provide a fun and inviting space for everyone. So put on your blue and join us!

RV Lifestyle on display at Northwest Area Rally

Interested in the RV lifestyle? If so, the Northwest Area Rally is for you.

Sponsored by the Family Motorcoach Association, the rally will be held June 7-11 at the Linn County Fair & Expo Center, 3700 Knox Butte Rd. E, and the public is invited to attend.

On Thursday, June 8, opening ceremonies will be held at 8:30 a.m. In attendance will be Albany Mayor Alex Johnson II and Linn County Commissioner Will Tucker, and vendors and coaches will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Friday, June 9, vendors and coaches are open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, June 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Free admission includes access to several new and used RVs on display, as well as vendor booths displaying various RV products.

For those interested in a more immersive experience, a four-day “passport” will be available for $100 per person, which includes access to all events, meals, seminars, entertainment, ice cream
social and more at the rally. Individual day passes are available at $35 per day for Friday and Saturday and offer access to all the above.
