Originating in Italy, Fat Thursday marks the intensification of carnival celebrations, dedicated to indulging in exclusively Carnevale traditional Italian sweet treats. Each region infuses its unique charm into the revelry.
Join us in this celebration, exploring the rich tapestry of global carnival traditions, savoring Italian sweet bites paired with different wines—a symphony of tastes capturing the true spirit of carnival.
This open house-style gathering is scheduled from Thursday, February 8th, to Saturday, February 10th, at the DFW Tasting Room in Albany. Feel free to drop by at your convenience between 4:30 and 8pm. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased here.

All supplies provided with your $5.00 donation, and you can take your candles home with you. Choose either the 11:30 am class or the 1:00 pm class.
