Warrior Sisters and Albany Public Library are teaming up to offer this free self-defense seminar in Albany, Oregon! Free of cost, beginners welcome, no registration required. This workshop will include reality-based verbal and physical self-defense techniques, including setting boundaries, claiming space, and physical escapes. No experience necessary, beginners welcome!
