Siletz member Joe Scott will present history of the Native American experience in Oregon from first contact with white explorers to present day remifications. He is recognized by the Siletz Cultural Heritage Committee as educator and oral historian. On display will be regalia, basketry and materials. His appearance is sponsored by Alliance for Recreation and Natural Areas, a 501(c)(3) organization which supports projects to enhance recreation and connect people to their natural and cultural heritage in Benton County.
